EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

• Delivery Charges: Shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be applied. A fee of 250 Rupees will be deducted for refunds, and 150 Rupees for exchanges. You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning items.

• Product Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Used items will not be accepted.

• Recommended Shipping: We suggest using the Pakistan Post Office’s Urgent Mail Service for returning products.

• Timings: Our official hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. For exchanges or refunds, fill out the form, re-pack the items, and send them back to us. For more details or queries, send a typed WhatsApp message to +923362846186 between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• Vendor Address: The address for returning products is provided at the end of the form.

• Processing Time: The exchange and refund process may take up to 7 days, so please allow for this timeframe.

• Refund Method: For refunds, please provide your account number for Bank, Easypaisa, or Jazz Cash.
